Dress: Dress comfortably (for easy movement) and in layers. Depending upon the weather we may go outside for a portion of the class.

What to bring: Please bring water. Bring a pen and notebook. Suggest bringing a blanket and/or yoga mat and pillow for use during meditation (not required.
